Please consider joining us by providing a fun and educational activity for this year's Macatawa Water Festival held on Holland's Windmill Island, Saturday July 17, 9 am to 1 pm. The festival is hosted by Project Clarity and its many community partners.

Partners will be asked to have materials and equipment unloaded and set up by 8:30 am. You can get to the island as early as 7:30 am. After unloading, partners will park in the north east section of the island adjacent to the festival area.  *Chairs will not be provided so please plan accordingly.  Tear-down will start at 1 pm and every organization must be off the island by 3:30 pm for a Saturday evening wedding that is taking place.

Due to COVID-19, we are not renting the large 20' X 30" tents like we have in the past, so we will not be providing tent space as part of the registration fee.  A minimum registration fee of $20 will be charged which includes two banquet tables, additional tables will be available for $10 each. If you would like us to rent a 10' X 10' tent for you the cost will be $100 to help offset the cost of the rental.

The Macatawa Water Festival Partner Meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 8 from 9-10 AM at the ODC Network's Discovery Pavilion. (4214 56th Street, Holland, MI 49423). More information about this will be sent as it gets closer.
