Please consider joining us from 2:00-7:00pm, on Saturday, October 22, 2022 as the ODC will host its annual Treats and Trails event. This is an event focused on giving families the opportunity to enjoy our 155 acre nature preserve through various fall activities.
We are looking for organizations to join as partners for this exciting event. For a nominal fee, partners will host a candy station for the duration of the event. The fee is $25/organization (free for nonprofits). This is a great opportunity to connect with a few thousand people in our community! Partners will be asked to bring candy to help supply for their station. Partners will receive a table if requested, you can also bring a tent if you would like. We suggest you bring camping chairs so you can sit during the event if you are not at an area with a bench, we will let you know if you have a bench closer to the event.
For the event day, we suggest having 2 volunteers per shift. We run our volunteer and staff shifts from 1:15-4:30pm and 4:00-7:15pm and recommend partners do the same if you are able to have numerous people work the event. Family friendly costumes are encouraged but not required.
*During registration, please register for 1 business/organization, not the number of volunteers you'll have working the event*
If you would like to be a Community or Trail Sponsor you can add this to your registration, you will be recognized on the ODC's website and various social media platforms prior to the event. Community and Trail Sponsors will also be recognized in a variety of ways during the event.
